SuddenLink Cable TV package names will change to these new names, reflecting the transition of all services to Optimum with effect from August 1, 2022. The TV package will have a name from the original followed by TV. For example, suddenly the link value will become /SL200/Standard Cable Value TV.
SuddenLink cable TV customers will also get the same service, but the names of different packages and equipment will change slightly after August 1. When the customer signs in with Optimum ID and Password, the Sudden Link statement can be downloaded for up to 12 months on /mybill. However, customers can download the Optimum Support App at /supportapp. The SuddenLink Support App will not work on August 1st and onwards. Customers should sign in to their account on from that date.
